A course for General Aviation pilots, Student pilots transitioning to commercial operations, Single-pilot VFR and IFR operators, Flight instructors introducing SRM principles. Operators seeking a baseline SRM framework for their pilots.

This course focuses on Situational awareness in single-pilot environments, Aeronautical decision-making (ADM) fundamentals, Workload and task-saturation management, Threat and Error Management (TEM) for single-pilot operations, Human limitations, bias, and performance under pressure, Startle effect and response to unexpected events

Delivered via the SRM Pilot online platform, the program is designed to complement existing training and operational procedures.
